Orders may be placed online on the website of M/s DASPARK MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "DASPARK") at: www.dasparkmarketing.com or picked up from PRANSWIN office and/or from any of the franchisee outlets of DASPARK.
Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlets. Payment options for pickup orders include Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
Home delivery orders can be placed online for easy access and convenience at www.dasparkmarketing.com. Payment options for online orders include Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other Online Payments through Wallets & UPI transfer.
DASPARK ensures that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition. Delivery generally takes 5–7 working days from the day of order confirmation within India. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or government restrictions.
In case the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time due to unforeseen circumstances, customers or direct sellers will be notified via call, SMS, or email. If the customer wishes to continue, delivery will proceed accordingly. If they choose to cancel, refunds will be processed as per the Return / Refund & Exchange Policy.
Customers or Direct Sellers are advised to refuse delivery if the package is tampered or damaged upon receipt and should immediately inform the CRM Team at +91 7049090121 or email dasparkmarketing@gmail.com, mentioning the order number.
We will make every effort to ensure that a replacement is sent to the concerned customer or Direct Seller at the earliest.
Any dispute between the customer or Direct Seller and DASPARK arising from this policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by DASPARK, as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of District Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be binding on both parties. Any breach of this covenant will make the customer or Direct Seller liable for damages and legal costs to DASPARK.
